• Third-party recruiter postings are not permitted
• Job posts must not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Company must provide valid contact email

Data Usage

We operate with a minimal data collection approach:

• We do not create or maintain user accounts
• We do not collect or store candidate information
• We only collect essential information for job postings
• We use minimal cookies for basic platform functionality

Payment Terms

• Job posting fees are non-refundable
• All fees are clearly displayed before purchase
• We use a secure payment processing service, Polar.sh
• Prices may be changed with notice for future postings

Content Guidelines

Job postings must not contain:

• False or misleading information
• Discriminatory content
• Inappropriate or offensive material
• Content that violates any laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gunay Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Gunay Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
